The founders we work with are building businesses that give a damn. About the people they employ and the people they buy from. About the communities they operate in. About the planet their business touches. About the industry norms they refuse to accept. About the story they're telling — not just to customers, but to every other founder watching.

The world has enough businesses that are good at making money. What it doesn't have enough of are businesses that are good at making money and making things better. The gap between those two things is not as large as the conventional business world would have you believe — but closing it requires a kind of thinking that most growth-focused advice doesn't touch.

The thinking here comes from twenty years of building things — a seventeen-year career as a commercial designer, a conscious retail business built from scratch, run for over a decade, and exited. And five years of thinking alongside founders one-to-one, watching what becomes possible when someone finally has the space to see their business clearly.
